Laurie and Judy's Aussie Swag
Hi all, this is our camper, its an Aussie Swag Ultra with independent suspension ,80L Waeco fridge freezer, inverter, stainless kitchen with 4 burner stove, 120 watt solar panel, 2x 105amp batteries that power the camper and a hot water system that supplies hot and cold water to kitchen and shower. This is supported by a 130 L water tank. We have a full anex when weather turns bad . To back up our power we have a generator and LED lighting helps us get around camp in the night. We have owned it for 2 years now and have been down the coast of NSW to Vic around the coast of Vic to Mt Gambier on to Adelaide then Broken Hill and back to sydney, also outback Qld, barrington tops, and recent trip to Cape York.

Love it - especially the fridge slide/compartment.
I'm still looking for a company that does fridge slides that go sideways not end to end.
Looks like you're enjoying it!
Take care out there.

Looks like a well prepared set up there. Is it a long range tank on the Toyota, are you running it on gas or is the spare wheel mount simply to get it out from underneath and stop it shredding on the rocky tracks?
I have always admired those Aussie Swag campers too. Lighter than Camp/o/matics and Kimberleys, they don't seem to sacrifice much in the way of strength. A good unit.
The only thing I wouldn't have myself is the Waeco - those 80 and 110 litre fridges work really well, but they suck a lot of battery power. I suppose that is why you have the gennie as a power source though!
You should be happy with the set up though - good one.
