Sharp Park, Cunungra
Hi All,
Sharp Park is one of our favourite local spots and only about 25 minutes from the Gold Coast. So if your travelling through and want to do some sight seeing on the Gold Coast, it would be a great place to set up for affordable camping.
There are toilets that are always kept very clean, but no showers. Camp fees are $5p.p per night. You can also buy wood for $10 for a decent buckets worth. Dogs are allowed provided they stay on a leash at all times. You can have fires there provided there is no fire ban.
The best part is the fresh water creek/river that runs through the camping grounds, great for a swim on hot days.
Cheers,
Mizzj.

We have stayed in Sharp park a few times and with a dog. It really is a nice spot and the caretakers really look after it, if there are any problems they fix them right away. At Easter it gets very full so you need to book well ahead of time. They even do an Easter Egg hunt for the little ones.

Have been here many times and there are two sides to the creek with Riverbend being on the eastern side. Both campgrounds are run by the same people.
