Home Made Slide On Camper GOOD IDEA ?

What I have done is desighned a slide on camper for an 8x5 trailer that lets you use your trailer when not camping, works well but pics tell a better storey than me. It came about as my inlaws live in coffs harbour and we live in gippsland so I needed a lighter unit as when we had the van all we did was sleep in it and thats what this is good for, throw in a double mattress and we use an oztent for an awning and annexe set up in a jiffy cheers Matthew.(thanks to the forum org for the help)

Great job there and very professional. Any more photos of the inside? Does it have a kitchen area or is it just for sleeping?

G day, I have been asked to enter into the Bendigo shire innovation and invention competition, run by the shire to create jobs in the area. Great idea and credit to the council on a great platform to show your concepts for all back yard tinkerers.
